Product Application

Xantphos can be used to catalyze the reaction as a metal-chelated ligand. Used as a ligand for the synthesis of heterocyclic rings through the palladium-catalyzed C-N cross-coupling reaction of 3-bromothiophene and 2-aminopyridine. It can also be used in ruthenium-catalyzed alkylation reactions involving active methylene compounds and alcohols.
